Girls account for 60% of Nigeria’s 10 million out of school children (source: Malala Fund).
Girls face numerous barriers to education which include poverty, early marriage, culture amongst others.
TWI believes in the importance of the girl child and in their development. Sponsor a girl child is a We Care Project Initiative that focuses on providing support for underprivileged girls in Nigeria.
With your support, together we can help these girls get an education, grow and thrive in their communities.

What happens when I sponsor a child?

As their sponsor, you’ll have a special relationship with your sponsored child. You’ll receive photos, handwritten messages, phone calls and regular updates from a TWI We care Representative.
